I’m obviously not a fan of Harper, but this video just put a big smile on my face. I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of these Downfall Hitler parodies…

So these ‘actors’ are not like Al. So that must mean they are uneducated bible thumping morons who have a talent for not being funny. Ratzenberger went to Sacred Heart University(big Catholic skew there). Besides being a nutjob with an annoying voice Victoria Jackson is also a “born again” Christian. Stephen Baldwin; also a born again Christian. Robert Davi, who you may remember as one of the Fratelli brothers, also heavily supported Bush and his “faith in God”. Did I mention he associates the War in Iraq as a direct correllation with the War on terror? And Pat Boone ? My mom told me to stay away from the naked man in the swimming pool with a fishing rod… who wears a winter cap. Boone is also one of those monkeys who thinks evolution is “absurd”.
Am I the only person who reads this video as antisemitic?
Sorry Michael Palin, according to your friend John Cleese you are not longer the funniest Palin. But look on the bright side, at least your jokes are intentional. I can somehow picture Eric Idle playing a British version of Sarah Palin on an episode of Monty Python’s Flying Circus.

If you don’t particularly like Bill O’Reilly you will love the ingenious idea in this video.
To see the original O’Reilly yellfest that it is based on, continue reading this post.
Bill Maher while promoting Religulous discusses the role of Religion in the upcoming election with Charlie Rose.
If this video shows us anything if not blaming McCain and Palin(though I think she deserves a large share), it’s that the Bush government in 8 years rewound their culture back by 30 years. This is what happens when your attack ads place your opponent (Obama) next to a terrorist.
This video clip is likely to make you cringe.

If this video does not make you want to go punch a shrubbery, I don’t know what will. I’d like to say I am safe here up in the Great White North, but I get the feeling Harper’s approach has been even more Orwellian.
Also if you are going to compare Keith Olbermann of MSNBC to Fox’s Bill O’Reilly could you provide at least a shred of evidence? I haven’t seen Olbermann ever cut someone’s microphone in the middle of an interview or for that matter attack someone’s character. Nor have I seen Olbermann making appearances in crass political comedies like he is some form of icon of stupidity. In terms of political punditry it is like comparing Shakespeare to a feces slinging monkey.
Your thoughts?

This little attack ad was produced by current Supervisor Fulton Brock who apparently is only two miracles away from Sainthood despite the fact he’s a Christian with an attack ad. The object of his distaste is 24 year old Ed Hermes who (OMG!!!) lives with his parents and (sweet Jesus!) is a
Skilled player of popular video game Halo. Hermes was quoted in the ASU student newspaper as saying:”I am addicted to ‘Halo’ and play almost every night.”
This can only mean he is a human killing machine with addiction to other substances as well. You know this guy’s time is up when he is using videogaming as a form of stigmata. We live in a world where it is socially normal to play videogames.
Funny how this man considers working with The Boy Scouts of America, a community organization that promotes grown men hanging out with little boys, to be a good thing…
I think this is the first time videogaming has been used as a political smear.

Audacity is apparently today’s word. Representative Elijah Cummings deserves a high five for calling these guys out on spending a half-million dollars right after getting the bailout. For you Americans, just remember you paid that. Imagine what else companies like AIG will do with your hard earned money.
Also this bailout was approved by John McCain.
