I honestly find it a mystery how quickly some people can take pop-culture references that are only so old (like 2 days) and already have a T-shirt featuring the catchphrase. It also just so happens to be my favorite seen in The Dark Knight, I just wish the fellas at redbubble did not charge so much for shipping up to Canada.

2008, acronym(a poor one) for a piece of procrastination. An article, be that a game, a video, or website, that distracts the user from participating in more critical acts of being such as having a life.
